1.  West Palm Beach's City Center opened in 2009 and includes the City Hall, the City Public Library, the Palm Beach Photographic Centre and a parking facility.  (Photo attached)

2.  From Interstate 95, exit at Okeechobee Boulevard (exit 70) and proceed east.  Go about 1/2 mile and after crossing the railroad tracks turn left on Tamarind Avenue, which is the first traffic light.  Proceed north on Tamarind Avenue for about 1/2 mile and turn right at Banyan Boulevard.  Proceed east on Banyan Boulevard to Dixie Highway and turn right.  Take your first right to enter the City Center parking garage.  The street address is 401 Clematis Street.
